Photographer on a budget

I posted about a month ago that I was looking for a photographer and got some great suggestions....that I forgot to save!! So I must ask again...anyone have or know of a new or just starting out photogapher that could do our wedding for under $1,000?

She did an AMAZING job with all my detail shots and she was just so friendly, I felt like I had known her forever! I am NOT a skinny bride, and I asked her to try to shoot me at the best possible angle, and she did just that!

She blogged my wedding 2 weeks to the day, and I had my CD of ALL my images within 3 weeks!

Yes, Kristen travels anywhere in FL if she has your date available. Depending on the distance, she may charge a travel fee. My venue was only 2 hours away, so she waived it for me. Call her and ask. She was never anything but open, honest and upfront. She was my FAVORITE VENDOR, without a doubt.

Also, she does require a vendor meal for her and her assistant, but it doesn't have to be the same as all of your guests, although, I would have fed her $100 bills if she had asked. I her so much!

She also travels ANYWHERE for a travel fee if she can. Just FYI - She did 2 Destination Weddings right before my wedding!

My photographer is under your budget, and I really love her! My photographer is Alicja Colon of Taken Photography and her 6 hour coverage is $600 + $300 for all your photos on a CD. I also got a second shooter for half the time of my wedding and it's only $30/hr...um, awesome!! She is very sweet, I really felt I needed a photographer that I could connect with and I first fell in love with her photos from seeing it on the weddingbee site.

Katie Lopez is also great, although she'd be about $200 above your budget.  I had contacted her before I ultimately decided to go with Ivan Apfel, and her work is beautiful.

Check out Dana Lynn at www.danalynnphotos.com. She charges us $550 for 6 hours of work and 300 best pictures with some editing on a CD.
I booked her for my wedding and don't have the experience yet but her pictures look just as good as those of much more expensive photographers. My wedding is in 2 months so I'll leave my reviews after
