Rusty Pellican Brides....

So I put my deposit down to save the date at The Rusty Pelican.  I was told by Kimberly that they would be sending me a letter confirming I have the date and they charged me "x" dollars, etc...  This was over 2 weeks ago! I still have not heard anything.  I know from the boards that they are bad with communication; but COME ON PEOPLE.  I understand you plan hundreds of wedding each year; but that doesn't mean you can neglect us brides.  So far I'm not impressed.  Hoping communication gets better as the day gets closer.

    Not to worry,I ask the same questions when i put my deposit, Im getting married in April  and I still have not finalized everthing with them....

    Yup on getting married on 4/16 and I usually have to go to them, cause they never get in touch with me when they say they do.  I know, lame!

    Yea they are lame, I didn't give them the deposit until I had a letter from them (mostly because they had agreed to changing up the package a bunch and I didn't wanted it in writing). They are bad with communication, they do get better as it gets closer, but I am getting married April 10th and although they have had my food choices for a month they still haven't written it up for me. Last time I talked to her she was like I am finishing up the March brides.... I don't know why they are so bad with communication,
