Does anybody have a music list that your DJ or band has provided you with for yOU to fill with your music choices?

Not a suggested songs list, but something that looks like:

Cake cutting song:
Garter song:
Bouquet toss song:

etc etc etc

I have one, but it's in PDF format and has all of my contract info as part of the first two pages.  If anyone knows how I can remove pages from a PDF document, I will send it to you
