Addressing Envelopes

I'm now working on my STD's and just curious how to address guests

If i know the wife and not the husband do i write Mr and Mrs (His name) and their last name(Mr and Mrs. Bob Smith) or is thie first name's ok? (Bob and Sarah Smith)

I did Mr & Mrs with HIS first name.

Some I did Mr and Mrs (his first name) and last name
Some I omitted his first name
Some I wrote The "smith" family
and others not in a relationship or not married I wrote their first and last names, no Ms or Mr.
lol I am obviously not following any sort of etiquette

I addressed them all as Mr. & Mrs. Bob Smith. Unless they have diff. last names, then I did Mr. Bob Smith & Mrs. Jane Doe.

I did Bob & Jane Smith.

I did them Mr and Mrs John Doe unless they had kids in which case I just went with
The Doe Family.
