i designed them myself and then printed them out at catprint (online) and stuck them in xmas cards last year to save on postage. they cost $33.49 to print 90 of them :) i adore catprint and use them for ANYTHING i need mass amounts of. http://www.catprint.com/

I also designed them myself and printed them at home on Avery magnetic paper I got on sale at a grocery store (Kroger, was livng in Columbus at the time).  They ended up being under $0.75 each for the info card insert, magnet, envelope and postage.

We used vistaprint.com.  We ordered the buisiness card size magnets with a pattern that complimented our theme/colors.  We ordered 100, and they ended up being 22 cents a piece!  By far the cheapest thing I had priced out!  IWe're going to buy nice envelopes from JoAnn's to send them out and I'm sure the envelopes are going to be more than 22 cents a piece, haha!)  The magnets arrived a few weeks ago and we are so excited about them.  The magnets themselves are a little thin, but they stick well to a refrigerator and look beautiful!

P.S. my other original idea was to put together one of those silicone block stamps (check them out at a craft store, it's basically a DIY stamp that you create on a silicone block with words, etc. and then stamp mass quantities of things.)  To create the stamp, get ink, paper and envelopes turned out to be around $1 a card.  I was going to go ahead with this idea but then I couldn't pass up the 22 cent magnets from vistaprint!  Good luck!

My fiancee actually found 10 sheets of magnetic paper on Ebay for ten bucks.  We already have a design done and we just have to harass parents more for addresses before we send.  It's definitely worth doing it on your own a shot!
