Just in case you forgot, anyone can post anywhere they like at anytime on these boards.  Just because you have a little orange banner above your name does not mean you get to dictate who can and cannot post on this board.

SB is an international board and we get lots of posters.  Sometimes normal people and sometimes crazies.  We dont have to respond to them, but we certainly cant tell them not to post on "our board".

AngryTomato you are brilliant...I loved the comment about the most awesome forum troll in history.  Very insightful and hilarious if it were true. =D  I think Betrothed was upset because she originally misunderstood what you wrote.  But it was hilarious.

Anyway, this "sheep" will put her two cents in since I was obviously the one who started this rivalry...

While I stand behind my observation 100% that I believe that more than half of the women posting on FatChunk's post were unnecessarily judgmental, and I reiterate without any type of remorse that I believe that Betrothed was the most judgmental and rude of all, my comment regarding her children needing therapy was wayyyy out of line.  I'm a mother and if someone said something like that about my own children it would really piss me off.  So for that I apologize.

That said, I received a PM last night that I just read and I'd like to share with you:

I saw what was going on in the Snarky Brides forum with that one thread. I just want to say, please don't judge all of us based on one person. I really thought that SOME people were terribly judgmental and bitchy for no reason.

I barely ever posted on TK because I'd mostly go to my local board and deal with WR stuff while I was looking for vendors and whatnot and then I randomly found the SB board and liked how it was more active and generally a funny place to talk about anything and everything. I still like it and I still like many of the posters but I have noticed that even in the short time I've been posting there, that there's a couple of people who strut around on there acting like complete a-holes to people for no reason. One of them is "betrothed". I'm not sure what her problem is, and I get that she may be a blunt person, but whatever...I've seen her throw a hissy fit when something is said that "offends" her but when it's the other way around she doesn't seem to care or take responsibility for the fact that she's a straight up ***.

So anyway, I just wanted to let you know that we are not ALL like that. It's really a small handful that seems to ruin it for the rest. I hang out on these boards to occasionally learn some stuff and have a laugh or two. Unfortunately there are people who use it for nothing but negativity and that sucks.

 Also, I'd appreciate it if this message to you remains anonymous. I don't care if you talk about it, but would prefer if you didn't mention where it came from.

It will absolutely remain anonymous.  But you see, even some of your regular posters agree with me.  That must count for something.  Like I responded to her, I in no way shape or form lumped every "Snarky Bride" into the "Bitch" (or is it "Janet"?) category.  I am not judgmental and I don't think all of the girls on that board are that way.  But like she said, it's a shame some ruin it for the rest, including her.

We posted a comment on your SB because of the nasty stuff we saw on there. However, that person quickly realized that she let her emotions do the speaking and deleted that post and apologized.

It was then that your beloved B reposted her original comment, thus starting all this. She could have simply let it be and all this stupdity would have been done.

Also fact:

We posted on that one thread yesterday and let it be. You girls from the SB came over to our board and posted on our thread. This thread was then deleted, rightfully so. We just don't want that kind of negativity on our "non-real" "puppies and rainbows" board.

This wasn't to your liking. Our awesome mod posts an "ENOUGH" post to end it...and again your SB girls start crap on there, too. This, too, gets deleted.

Several threads and comments within your SB have done nothing but slam us, call us names (psycho mod, nitwits, no brains.. should I go on??)

NONE of us have gone over to your board and said anything today about any of this crap.  Yet... here you all are again!!!

You seem to have our rainbows and puppies...so why are you here..??? Let it be. Go be real on your boards and trash talk and do whatever kind of bonding you girls see fit over there. Not here!
