WEDDING HAIR OF OHIO REVIEWS? ANYONE USE THEM?

Has anyone in the Cleveland area used Wedding Hair of Ohio for on site wedding hair and/or makeup? If so were you happy with them. I'm thinking of hiring them but am not sure since they seem to only communicate through e-mail... Any thoughts for on site hair and makeup in the Cleveland area? Thanks!

My friend used 6 degrees mobile spa and loved them, her wedding was 30 min from downtown Cleveland, they were very nice, professional and did an awesome job doing all of our hair and makeup for the wedding.
