The Addison Boca Raton

So, I know there have been many posts before about The Addison but I can't seem to find any that are recent (something less than 12 months old). I booked The Addison for my wedding (February 2014) & am starting my search for vendors & also just looking for generic advice on the venue itself.

I think my biggest worries about The Addison right now are the possibility of another wedding the same night, a train going through during my ceremony, and it raining & having to use the back up room in the upstairs of the main dining room.
Has any of the above happened to you as an Addison bride? If so, what did you do?

I have arranged that if there is NOT another wedding booked on the same night that I can have the 5:30 ceremony time (versus the 7pm) & that I can have the room in the other building (with all the windows overlooking the fountain) as my backup space instead of the upstairs of the main dining room if it rains. However, we won't know if there is another wedding until 6-8 weeks before the wedding! Eeek!  If we do wind up keeping the 7pm ceremony start time, what about photography? I'm very concerned that the pictures will not be that wonderful considering the lack of natural light at that time.
Anyone have a nighttime wedding with an amazing photos?

I attended a wedding at The Addison, and I did not love it as a venue. The main room was small and with the walls/doorways between the dance floor and most of the seating, it just wasn't conducive to a reception. However, it was a clear night, beautiful outisde. A very loud train did go by, but right before the ceremony.

Considering I booked it, I do love it as a venue, so your repsonse basically commenting on the weather, doesn't make me feel very good, it just heightens my concerns.
I was really looking for advice on vendors & concerns I had from brides that may have had their wedding at The Addison.
