Where is everyone registered?

I was planning on doing Macys and Crate and Barrel but I keep hearing bad things about their registry?

So where are you registered?
Is there any where you don't recommend?
Did anyone do the registry360? If so is it easy to use?

I'm using Macy's and Williams-Sonoma.  We might also add Honeyfund for excursions on our honeymoon.  I wish I didn't use Macy's because we haven't had the best experience with them thus far.  Most of our family has used the Williams-Sonoma registry.

I am registered at William Sonoma, Target and Honeyfund.

I paid a little extra at honeyfund to get the premium options.
If you want to see mine, let me know and I will email it.

Beth- Have people used the honeyfund? I'm just not sure it will be used because I figured the people who will give me cash aren't very computer literate, so I worry it will just sit there for no reason.

We just did Bed bath and Beyond, they had the same items as Macys(basically) and they always have coupons and sales. I dont know if we will do another one since there is bbb everywhere..

I am registered at BBB and was also going to do Macy's but realized there were only 1 or 2 items at Macy's that BBB didn't have so I'm sticking with just one. If they don't want to buy the items, I always welcome cash! :)

I plan on doing BBB and some sort of website for our Honeymoon. I have had a great experience with BBB when buying gifts for friends, and my friends have also told me great things about them.

Beth, can you send me the link also? Does purchasing the premium mean they don't take out some sort of fee from the money gifted? I know some sites don't do fees, does anyone know the names?

    Thanks :)

I only have BBB and don't plan on registering anywhere else. They have just about everything FI and I need, and I've had a good experience with them.

I think we are going to do BBB (for some kitchen items and a few things for the house), William Sonoma (for the other kitchen things) and Macys (for china and crystal).

We just bought a house a few months ago, but the only things we really need are larger, like new sofas and a dining room table.

We are also both stubborn about getting rid of our kitchen stuff, so we have like 5 frying pans for two people.  We decided to focus on getting all new kitchen stuff and then getting rid of what we have now.

Unless FI throws away stuff before then.  I was making cookies right before Christmas and had them mixed and ready to go... and when I went to get a baking sheet, I couldn't find any.  FI forgot that he threw them out the day before b/c he thought they weren't looking too hot... so FI had to jump in the car and go to HomeGoods right before they closed that night.

We registered at Macy's (Dadeland) it was horrible- poor sales help, limited options, lots of stuff we registered for in store was not available online, discontinued items, disorganized store, huge fluctuation in prices due to sales ($200 to $300 difference, which made it really hard to ensure items at all price points) and annoying online interface. I deleted the registry and started over after a couple weeks.

Now we are registered at BBB (amazing and the Dadeland location has almost all of the same china/crystal/silver as Macy's) and C&B. We registered at the Fall's C&B and it was a great experience and the online system is easy to use, too! C&B has lots of great inexpensive glasses, dishes and accessories that are unique to C&B.

We registered at Macy's first, but then found almost all the same things at BBB for cheaper. All my friends who have used BBB in the past have said they have the best return policy. They will give you cash for the gifts that you decide you don't want.

Macys and crate and barrel. Both experiences were good for me.

We registered at Macys just because they have a great rewards program.  For every purchase you make with your Macys card you get 10% back and for every gift you get from your macy registry you get 5% back on a macy gift card that they send to you a few weeks after your wedding.  So my fiance and I decide to use that gift card to get anything on our registry that was not purhased.  We used our macys credit card alot through the holidays.  We are also going to register I think at crate and barrell for daily dinnerware and William and Sonoma for this specific All-clad pot set.
