Reception Venues

I hoping someone can help! I've look at a lot of venues so far and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.  We are having an August wedding so I kind of want something with windows and a nice view.  Also maybe a patio area.  Its for about 250 ppl and I only want to spend about 50pp.  I don't know if this is possible.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

For that, I think you'll need to be willing to consider spots that are away from the downtown area.

The 100th Bomb Group in Brook Park is right near the airport. You can watch the planes and they have a patio, BUT I think their max. capacity is around 235.

St. Clarence Pavilion in N. Olmsted has retractable window-walls, but I don't know offhand what sort of view. They could hold 250 easily.

Maybe Lake Erie Nature & Science Center in Bay Village?

Skyview Lodge in Brunswick might be a possibility. Their windows overlook apple orchards. No patio though. Ignore the fact that their web site kinda sucks.

I'm having my wedding there and it's more than $50 pp and JKohio is correct on the capacity limits; the ballroom holds about 235, but the room with a patio only holds about 150-170.
