Need help finding a reception venue

Hi, I am from NJ and I want to do a destination wedding in south Florida in Aug. 2010? I'll probably have about 60 guests.  Do you know of any venues that offer destination wedding packages in florida? Or do you know of any nice places that have receptions for under $70/pp?

Check out The Rusty Pelican... maybe check out the Pelican Grande (may be a bit higher price but worth looking into) Check out Jungle Island...

But if you give us an idea of the type of setting you want that will help us to help you... i.e. beach, indoor, outdoor, hotel, garden setting etc...

I'm no help, but if you answer Jaime's questions above the girls will be able to help you narrow down some venues.

It'll definitely be less expensive if you find a venue where you can bring in an outside caterer. I think you can do this at The Shane Centter.

What area of FL are you looking into?  Costa d'Este in Vero Beach have some packages under $70/pp that include pretty much everything.  

The Rusty Pelican in Miami is a good location as well.

Hi and welcome!  I am using  the Deer Creek golf club. I think it's an awesome venue and am paying $60/person including coctail, sit-down dinner, linens/chair covers/sashes and cake. Good luck!
