Wedding Website & Registry ?

1) Our venue helps us put together a free wedding website for us, understandably centered around hotel reservations. It does have capacity to have a few photos, our story, registry, map/directions and we can load a weekend itinerary and activity/restaurant recommendations via pdf. We can't link to another wedding website, but i'm sure i could put in a link in one of the pdf if need be.  So- do should I also create a wedding website on the knot that would have more info on bridal party or other stuff that I am forgetting about? Seems redundant, but maybe not?

2) Registry- have any of you used this registry360 website to link your registries together? pros/cons? I've also heard of Amazon being able to do something like this. We are 8 mo out, so I guess I need to get moving on this, especially before STDs go out....

Thanks for your input!

Re: Wedding Website & Registry ?

  • 1)  If you want to give guests more information than what is supplied on your venue's website I would definitely make another one.  I used mywedding.com. (It's free)

    2)  One of my registries is on Amazon and they have a button you add to your internet bar where you can add ANY item on the internet to your registry there.
