Hello all! - Just wondering if anyone has held events using PCS - I've been in touch with Barbara, and so far we're super happy with it, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has any real-life experience with Barbara and PCS - How's the food, DJ, flowers, cake? - So far they sound fantastic and we're leaning toward booking them.  Thanks for any help!

    I did a tasting with PCS and thought their food was pretty bad.  However, they seem to do a lot of events and weddings...sooo, maybe it was just my personal taste.  My advice is to do a couple tastings with a small number of caterers.  You don't want to get stuck with food you and your guests won't enjoy.  My fiance and I narrowed it down to 3 caterers and then sat for tastings.  Two were pretty bad and the third vendor was out of this world. Would have been pretty upset if I'd chosen one of the bad ones.
