Venues that allow outside catering

I need to find a venue ASAP!  I'm looking specifically in the South Beach/Brickell Downtown Area.  But am open to suggestions in other places in Miami-Dade County (Grove, Gables, Key Biscayne, etc).  I'm having an Indian wedding and I want to use an outside caterer.  I can't find anyone and I am really stressing out!!!  I took off of work today just to call almost every hotel on SoBe and Brickell/Downtown without much luck.  I'm hoping another knottie can help me.  Please!

This is what I want:

-The venue will only be used for a wedding reception, not ceremony
-Ballroom must accomodate 200-300 guests
-Must have a nice view for cocktail hour (would also like nice view for ballroom, but most don't have windows)
-Venue must allow outside catering!!!!!
-Not interested in a residential mansion because of noise ordinance and parking problems

So far this is what I've found: Eden Roc, Ritz Carlton SoBe, Vizcaya, and other mansions (like the deering estate).

Please help, I'm so worried I will not be able to find a venue in time.  I know that other venues may be able to make Indian food, but I am set on having my food catered from an Indian restaurant.

Did you ever find a venue because I am going through the same exact thing you are, only that it's an Indian/Hispanic wedding.
