wedding officiant help!

Hi ladies, Im looking for an officiant for my wedding next year, but havent been having any luck finding one that is affordable. And let me stress affordable. Im on a strict budget and all the ones im coming across are like 400 or just not getting back to me. We dont really belong to a church, and my fiance isnt very religious, so we cant get a church pastor.

If you used an independent officiant, who did you use and how much did they cost?
Any help is great.

Thanks!

    We are using Pastor Michael Mangus for our ceremony. We don't belong to a specific church and my fiance isn't religious at all. He can do anything from a very civil ceremony to a very religious ceremony and everywhere in between. He works on a "pay what you think i'm worth" scale, so he's very affordable. I've heard good things about him from other brides.

    We also talked with Rev. Jon Miller who works almost the exact same way. He was also very nice. He can play gutar and sing at your ceremony!

    I hope that helps!

    We're using Ginny from this website;

    Her price is like $145 I believe.  IDK how she will do as our wedding isn't until October of next year.  I met her at a bridal show and she is so nice and sweet and I think she will be able to provide exactly what we're looking for--a simple and short outdoor ceremony.

    My friends had one of their friend's get something online that said he could marry people and had him do it. It was nice because he knew them so well so he was able to personalize the ceremony. So that's an option if you have someone who'd be willing to do it.

    I am using Nora Haberbush for my September wedding. She is really great to work with and the most affordable I have found yet. For the rehearsal dinner and ceremony she is $250.
