When is wedding season in Florida?

My cousin is researching destination weddings possibilities and we are wondering what wedding season is in Florida? Here in NJ, the big wedding months are May, June, Sept and Oct.   January and February are risking it with the snow. What are the big wedding months in Florida? And when are the worst months? Thanks!

At my venue, June through October is considered the off season.  It varies by a month or two depending on the venue. The reason, it's hot, there is always the risk of a hurricane, and none of the snowbirds are here.  However, these are the months you can get the best deals!  I saved thousands of dollars by planning my wedding for October.

so I think October is the busiest wedding month down here.  June, July and August are H-O-T down here, so those are the off-peak months.

It all depends really on the venue, they have their own different wedding month advice.

It depends on where in Florida as well as whether you want an indoor or outdoor wedding. I'm having my wedding in October in the Keys, which is low season down there but it seems October is a busy month in the rest of the state because I had a hard time finding DJs and Photographers for my day.

My venue told me that Feb-April is their busy season. It's not cold, it's not hot, it's just perfect. I'm getting married in March and it was the 2nd to last date available for next year.

Wedding season here is beginning November to end of May.  Busiest months are February to April which are the driest months.
