Im feeling pretty stressed right now because I am supposed to have two semesters before starting graduate school. HOWEVER, In order to apply to graduate school in December I need to take the PCAT. It is a $200 standardized test. They want me to register in the name that appears on two forms of ID and I CANNOT change it. The deadline to register is July 20th (the day i'm getting married). I am thinking I can register in my married name and just plan on having two forms of ID changed by the time the test comes in September.
But, I'm also stressed because there is no point in registering for this $200 dollar exam and taking it and applying in December if I can't get into one of my required classes. I have tried getting overrides but there is a 250 person waitlist at the university. I tried going to the community college and they are all full!!! Im worried I won't know until August if I can take this class and apply to graduate school and by then it will be too late to register for my exam.
So its kind of a catch 22. I dont know what to do! Any students out there have any suggestions?
