Looking into booking Christopher Norris Photography in North Royalton, anyone used him before or have any experiences?

My friend just used him for her June wedding and it was horrible!  First he said he would be the one shooting the wedding day but he sent his assistant.  At the church I (the maid of honor) had to assist with holding his flash umbrella because he was all by himself.  All the pics are very posed even though he showed us books of very candid shots.  Of the hole day the bride only had 300 pics to choose from and she didn't like many of them at all.  When she went to the studio after the wedding to get the pics there were a ton of extra charges and the bride said she thought they were very very rude to her because she had already spent 4,000.00 and didn't want to spend anymore money.  She still has not gone back to finalize her wedding album.

I looked into using them and chose not to.  I felt that they were too big and not personal.  They told me that it would be an assistant.  I also felt that they were pricey.  They are a large company and I just didn't feel lke they were "personal".  That is just my opinion.  Since I didn't have them I really don't know though.
