Know anything about "Celebration Ballrooms?"

I'm an out of town bride and wondering if anyone has known anyone who used Celebration Ballrooms for their wedding.  I have already visited the location, but am wondering if anyone has ever been to a function there and how the even turned out.  Any suggestions and feedback is welcomed, thanks!

It seems a hit or miss kind of place, I'd be cautious. Hialeah is not my favourite place in the world, either. What exactly are you looking for?

I have a friend who had a "Cuban" style wedding there. She DOES NOT recommend this venue. She says the service is terrible, that they got everything wrong, from the food to the music. That the photographer seemed like an amateur at best, and that they ended up having to refund her about 50% of her money... it was that bad.

The thing about these kind of ballrooms (regardless of where they are) is that they offer great prices and the convenience of having everything in one place. However, they're not known for their customer service or quality. The food isn't great, they don't deliver on what they promised, etc.

On the same note.. a girlfriend of mine got married there in 2008 with a party of 300 people and she loved it. Other than her, I don't know of anyone who had a function there. As a previous poster said.. hit or miss.

Oh wow, thanks for the feedback....  I'm looking for a a very budget friendly place....  You're right about the hit or miss aspect....  Ugh, I don't know.
