Just for fun, I would like all of you to post the song (with a link) you plan on having for your first dance. Why did you choose it?

I am using Adele's "Lovesong" We heard it one time and immediately knew that this song described our love from the melody, to the wording and from the power that she was able to convey it with! It screams US :-)

    I am between two songs: "Make you feel my love" Adele's version and "Steady as we go" by Dave Matthews Band. My FI is dead set on the Adele song but I am torn between the two because both songs have a special meaning for both of us.

    Blake Shelton's "Honeybee". It was "our song" when we were dating and he proposed as we were processing out of his parent's vow renewal ceremony, and he did it by singing that song to me. So it's very special to us...I'm not sure how we'll dance to it but it will be sentimental to us.

    We moved to NYC together after about a year of dating, and it was a tough transition for both of us. We missed holidays and stuff with our family because we either couldn't get time off work or couldn't afford plane tickets at that time. We would always say that as long as we're together, we're home. Then we heard this song, and it basically sings everything that we had said and knew it was perfect.

    It took us awhile to find this song, we wanted something soulful tht spoke to our life and marriage, once he heard it we both fell in love with the words.

    We are doing I'll Be by Edwin McCain! Every few weeks on our date nights he would sing a romantic song to me in the car and when he sung this one, he started crying and I think this song was a wake up call for us when we realized, 2 years after dating, that we never wanted to be with anyone else...
