so i asked a girl to be a BM she is a lifelong friend of mine, but we lost touch in hs and rekindled our friendship about 2 years ago, i asked her to be a BM and since i asked her she has gone mia for about 1.5 months, i have her numerous times and have left messages including one just to wish her happy bday which was the beg of feb, in all the messages i have left i have never mentioned my wedding/bridal party, and what would you do if you were in my shoes??

Is there a way you can find out if everything is ok? Maybe visit her? I would try that and see what happens. Maybe something happened and your not aware of it. I hope you can get a hold of her and figure out things.

she lives out of state, so idk and we have to order the dress this month...

I say, just ask her be casual about it...maybe she can't make it to the wedding and doesn't know how to tell you. Some people handle things like that,  they just go away because they can't confront the issue...or it might just be something else. Good Luck!

Facebook? It sounds basic, but that's a good way of finding out if something big is going on in her life (though some people have the tendency to never update it). I say, if she said yes to your asking her to be your birdesmaid, then she should have realized the responsabilties this came with. Be frank with her, and if she is your friend, she will be honest so as to what's going on. Good luck!
