Mansion for rent SOUTH FLORIDA

I have been searching endless websites and am not finding what I need. Can someone please help me?!

I'm looking to hold my wedding in the backyard of a mansion in south florida (Lauderdale, Miami, Coral Gables...doesn't matter). We are going to have around 70 ppl, and I would like to be able to have myself and my fiance spend the night in the home on the wedding night. 

All I am finding are places that either don't allow music, don't allow over 50 ppl, or just outdated websites where the owners no longer allow weddings at all!

I have seen Casa Casuarina, mediterranean mansion, Versace mansion, and several others, but the problem is that they are all over $5000 just for the day....Does anyone know of something that will work, under $5000??

Doesn't have to be on the water or beach, just somewhere with a big enough backyard to accommodate my guests.

There is something called signature memories event center that fits everything you want except for the overnight stay.

I didn't look into this but I remember when I was looking for a planner there was a place called the Zen house through fetes and events.

My venue fits your description - Villa Salcedo. I don't know if you can stay the night in the house, but there is a lovely tented backyard reception area for a pretty good price.

Try posting on Craigslist in the Wanted Section or the Home for Rent section.  I think this is a great idea that people with mansions they can no longer afford should consider!

Yea I know the owners of Villa Salcedo....they are great people to work with. They are young and they actually live in the Mansion with their twin babies, so I'm not sure you will be able to stay the night.  But its a beautiful place and i've seen many weddings there. Good luck!
