I had never quite experienced sticker shock like this before.

    Yeah, they only let you get your flowers and decor from their studio or preferred vendors.

    I nearly pitched a spaz!

    Im guessing it was somewhere between $10 and 20K right?

    I think it was Bea who got a $22K quote from a preferred Biltmore Vendor. Ha.

    I got one for $10K and I thought THAT was insane...

    what about going with one of their preferred vendors - never hurts to see where they come in at.

    I agree with Alissa, maybe you'll have better luck with one of the preferred vendors. I've had major sticker shock with florists also so I can definitely relate :( I hope you're able to work it out!

    chin up hun~ theres always wiggle room.  If you have to use them then talk serious shop with them and maybe they can swap some less expensive flowers for the more expensive ones and knock some of the price down.  Good luck!
