Need Help! BUDGET

Hi Ladies!  I'm a former knottie.  Been married since 1/17/09.  My best friend is recently engaged and having troubles figuring out what to do.  She is on a limited budget of approx. 20k.  They are thinking about 85 people.  Anyone have great suggestions for venues, vendors & tips for that kind of budget?  Thanks in advance!!

    It depends on what she wants.  20k for 85 people should be a breeze to do.  I'm on a lesser budget with more people and we made it work!  Does she want a beach wedding or hotel or country club, etc?

    :-)  I was thinking the same... $20K for 85! That's awesome! I wish I had that. We are working between $10-15K for 120!

    She will have lots of options depening on what type of venue/style wedding she wants.

    I am around 20K for 75ppl. Since we are planning from away we contracted Fetes and Events and they are taking care of everything. We are getting married at the Douglas Entrance, and with that budget we also have a band, videographer and coffee bar. So it is definitely doable.
