need knottie expert opinions

HI LADIES

The fiance and i have been back and forth a million times about what to do for our dream day. We dont want to spend an arm and a leg, we dont have too much money on our own, my parents have offered to help and so have his but they cant help too much (he's haitian and after the earthquake, money is TIGHT)

we somehow managed to shave down our 200 ppl guest list to about 70 give or take a few. We had the idea of having a saturday morning ceromony at our church (10 am) and then having a brunch after with mimosas. Nothing too over the top, just for about 2 hours to have everyone together.

My question is do you ladies know of a cute place, that would be good for this sort of thing and not too crazy expensive.

TIA

well I would like to stay in the Miami area, grove, gables, south miami anything like that. I go to UBC which is in the heart of the gables so no where too far from there.
    Thanks ladies!

Call the ritz in Coconut grove - it sounds expensive but its not as much as you think - I had my sister's shower there once - we did an afternoon tea complete with mimosas and the whole works for $29 per person!  You may also want to check out Berries in the Grove - they do an awesome brunch - and the outdoor patio area is really nice (its even got outdoor AC!) - but it doesnt look that nice from th street! good luck

How about 94th Aerosquadron near the airport? I don't know if the airports are a problem, to be honest I can't remember. But I've done parties there before with a brunch menu and it was DELISH!

I did my shower at the charthouse and it was $25pp.  On Saturdays they don't open until 4 so you can have the whole place to yourself before opening.  Nice ocean view.  I highly recommend.
