BIOTIN??

My hair dresser told me that i should start taking biotin for hair growth & thickness and will also help with nails.. anyone else heard of this? Also its cheaper at target than at gnc!

    It's a B vitamin and yes, it's good. I get it at Whole Foods. Also suggest BioSil in liquid form

    yes it is good for hair and nails. You want to take from 3000mcg=3mg of biotin to help with it.

    I have always taken this vitamin because it really does help with hair growth! My hair grows a lot faster now than ever before! Target also has a multivitamin called Hair Skin and Nails which I take every day!

    One of my clients is a vitamin company that sells Biotin pills and yes it's great for Hair, Skin and Nails.
