Hello,

I'm starting to plan my South Florida desintation wedding.  Can't decide where to go?

Can anyone please suggest a beaultiful area that we can bring our 35 guests to relax on the beach during the day; and then have drinks and enjoy nightlife in the evening?  Already looking into Fort Lauderdale for it's beach and proximity to south beach if we wanted to go.  Any place in the Key's that is lively for a young group?

Also looking at Destin b/c i've heard of their beautiful beaches; but don't know what there is to really do at night.

ETA: we're from NY so we're looking to narrow down a place and then take a wedding trip down to finalize plans.

Fort Lauderdale or Miami are good choices.

If you are going to the Keys and want night life, Key West is the only place to go.

I agree with previous post. In the Keys, Key West is the place to go for a night out. And in Miami, def. South Beach.

miami - south beach or downtown

ft lauderdale - do not know much except the Hard Rock has clubs, resturants, casino, bars, a  pool and pretty much you can do everything there ... Also try Las Olas Blvd...


Keys: Definitly Key West (Try to find something near Duval Street thats where all the action is and it is still close to the beach)

I would definitely say Miami Beach. There are tons of great hotels with great night life right in the lobby! Such as the fountain blue, gansevoort, or the shelbourne to name a few!
