How the boards are now.

For those of you that have been around a long time - which most of you have, remember coming on at like 2pm and feeling SOOOOOOO behind because the posts from 7am were already on page 2? It's crazy to me that posts from Monday now are still on the same page.

I dont think the knot realizes how bad these new boards really messed everything up!!!

Anyways, how is everybody?

Lacey, Sara and Courtney ( or anybody else if im missing anybody, sorry ) - it was SO sweet of you to send Alissa flowers. I mean, just too sweet. I was there last night, she is actually doing really good!!! I kept trying to feed myself and she insisted on getting stuff for me - it made her feel good that she was able to get up and move around! she is such the entertainer.

Joanne you are getting so close. I keep saying that but throughout my entire year of planning i always thought of you bc you were exactly a month behind me. Sara! NEXT WEEK!!!! Ahhhhhhh

Twinkle - i must have missed your post about moving your wedding back so I dont know why - but do what you gotta do babe. Either way, your wedding is the most important and special day of your life and it will get here whenever you are ready!

I am sooooooooooooo in wedding depression / withdrawl its bad. I mean like...bad. I have cried over 50 times since the wedding. The other night Todd actually got nervous bc i was crying so bad. Im still in shock its over.

Hope everybody else is doing fab! I have Todds best friends wedding this weekend in Jupiter, next weekend is my last TLC wedding and then we find out who won! Woo hoooo

I knowwwwww It makes me SO sad too. I was just thinking about this yesterday -- this board was my wedding everything!!!! I think it's slowly getting back to normal. I emailed Annie to find out why it's still slow. Hopefully I'll get some sort of response!!

I know...TK is terrible now! I hope they realize how not user friendly the boards are now. We were one of the most active board on TK and now we suck .

I wish I could have seen Alissa with you, but I'm so glad she's recovering. I just can't even imagine.....poor baby. Did you bring Baby J??

YES! So close it's FREAKING ME OUT! I pretty much have everything done but the little things (have to buy some lanterns, etc.)

I'm going to feel just like you when I'm finally married....I need something else to plan! We should all pitch in like $100 and throw a CRAZY knottie G2G!

2. you've gone and left us! Well, no the getting married was the best thing ever, but your posts are missed! I loved reading about all your new wedding stuff.

Alissa's house was overflowing with beautiful flowers, mostly from Knotties! Sara, Court, Lacey - you girls are so cute! Agree with everything Amy said...Alissa is a perfect hostess through and through. It was great to see her!

Yea, i brought baby J. What a scene that was! Jaime was holding her and she vommited DOWN jaimes shirt. to the point she was soaked and jaime had to borrow clothes from Alissa. Then, in the car ride Jillian and i smelled something on the way home. I got into the house, went to take Jordyn out of her car seat...um yea, poop EVERYWHERE. Down her legs , in her hair lmao...it was funny, but gross.

Gotta love babies!!!!

I agree, TK just isn't the same, and I was only on for a few months before the change. To be honest, I have no problems on any of my comps. with the new TK, but it makes me not want to post when I see how badly the board has slowed down

Amy, thanks for the encouragement. I was sooo dpressed when I made the decision to move the wedding back. I was talking to Cinthia & Sara, almost in tears. I couldn't believe I was making that decision. And now, I couldn't be happier. I'm so excited knowing that I'm actually going to have the wedding of my dreams now. And the house of our dreams. We just needed more time, and it was the best decision we made. I already have the new venue in mind, we just have to make a deposit, and I'm sooo thrilled.

Yeah this board change has really messed people up   I'm so afraid of going into a post-wedding depression!! But you still have your honeymoon to look forward to, right?  Who's your photographer? I'd love to see some of your wedding pics!!

Yes, its very sad.  I miss being on here and chatting about everything.  It was fun and made the work day go by fast.  Now its all about work and no play. 

I'm glad Alissa is doing well. I hope for a fast and speedy recovery.

I'm afraid of wedding withdrawl.  Just know you can still come on here and help other girls our with their weddings.  Maybe you should become a Wedding Planner since you loved it so much.  GL Hun!

Yea it is sad how much the board has quieted down. I just looked at your invitation instructions again. The invites looked so good. I want to DIY invites and my mom doesn't think they will come out good. I am going to show her yours to prove that DIY invites can be amazing!

As for wedding planning, plan big parties...with the way your wedding turned out, you should be party planner!

Thanks for the nice note about being sweet. I figured she would love them and wanted her to know we all are thinking about her. Im glad to hear she is doing good. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Seriously stop crying about the wedding being over, now you dont have to stress hehe. and you can pretend your still planning by talking to all of us.

omg there was a PILE Of puke in my bra. Like in the bridge part between my boobs... it was sooo gross. But she's a baby...it happens!!!

Alissa was in really good spirits... she's such a trooper!
