Ok so i was wondering how many of you ladies picked out your ring versus letting him pick or being surprised. I knew my FI would not choose something i would like so we went together to pick it out but i didnt get it until he was ready to ask. So Did you go with? Were you surprised? did he know what you wanted? did he take a friend? Do you like what he picked??

    FI went on his own to a jewler in philly. He knew exactly what i wanted. I was 100% surprised.  He took his father with him!!! =)

    Liz, my ring twin.

    My FI and I picked the ring out together.  He didn't have a good track record with picking out jewelry for me.  We didn't want to risk it so I chose the setting and he picked the stone.

    om not only ring twins i think we are marrying the same guy!! lol so funny mines the same not a good track record :)

    We picked it out together. He had an idea of what I liked but he proposed without the ring and we went shopping the next day for one.
