thank you SO MUCH ladies!!!  priya - I got it at Michael's 40%, i think i paid like $6 for it... i have to go buy another one though lol i have too many programs!!

I bought big (like poster size) acrylic frames (they are about 2" deep so sand fills it perfectly) then I hot glued Tiffany blue ribbon along the edges. I'll post pics of the whole set up when I get it finished :)
