I went ahead with Roses for Weddings.

Ety is amazing! She is one of the funnest vendors I have ever met. I look forward to working with her and I recommend her to anyone!

I went with Suzy Q Weddings.  Her prices are very reasonable, she spends as much time as needed discussing exactly what you want, gives suggestions, and is very personable.  She has done several weddings for friends, and the outcome is gorgeous!  She also has a variety of centerpieces that you can rent from her if you want and they are reasonably priced as well.

We used Blooms by Plantscaping, check out their wedding page here http://www.plantscaping.com/FloralsEvents/Portfolio/Weddings.aspx

I think they may be on the higher end of your budget but Arne will definitely work with you to pick less expensive flowers and they re-use the decorations if your ceremony and reception are at different places, they moved our altar arrangements from the church to our reception location to put on either side of the head table. Our flowers turned out great. My bouquet was so unique and everyone thought our centerpieces were really nice. I was super happy with everything!
