FI and I went to the courthouse today.... It's official! We are half married! Woo hoo! It was a surreal experience! When we had to raise our hands and swear, I almost started tearing up. 
Whole thing took about about 20 minutes.
On a side note, we went with an PMC provider who is covered by my Employee Assistance Program, which was free. BUT they weren't a "registered" PMC with Palm Beach county. However, there IS a way around that. At least in Martin county.
On the Martin county website, they provide an affidavit, the statues, and eveything you need. Just ask your PMC to sign and notarize the affidavit. The only thing they don't have is a Certificate of Completion. I being so nifty and handy, created one. I will be posting it on my Weebly account. So if anyone NEEDS one, you do NOT have to buy one. Mine worked fine. I saved more than $30, just by doing 10 minutes work!
