If you do a buffet dinner at your reception, can you still do menu cards?? Would it be dumb? Also would every guest get one or just 1 or 2 on the tables? Opinions please! TIA!

Here's a idea....just do really, REALLY nice cards by each of the food items describing what it is. Don't let the venue/hotel do it, make your own

I would prob do station cards at the buffet but I dont see why not if you really want menus, I dont think it's dumb at all!  I think it will make people get excited for dinner

good point, i can do station cards. thanks! or one menu card for the table. hmmm we'll see what happens.

I don't think it's dumb at all.  Maybe one per table and like pp said, a really nice one by each station describing the dish.  I say go for it.

No, it's not dumb, but probably not necessary.  I like what Sara suggested, or put one at each table, it'll definitely get people excited for dinner!

I think station cards is a good idea. And maybe a nice one on each table so people know what to expect.

Hmmm I hadn't even thought of this, another thing to add to the to do list...... I think the station cards would look great though!
