Resturant catering

Hey ladies,

I am trying to find a resturant that does catering (not a catering company) that will delivier the food, set everything up, and then leave it all to us. Ideally, everything they leave (like sternos) would be disposable so we don't have to return anything.
I would prefer something buffet style, our families are not the type to sit and be served. We would rather get our own food and have the atmosphere feel more laid back. We are having around 80 guests.

Everything I am seeing on here talks about actual catering companies, but don't they usually stick around? Like I said before, we don't see the need to pay servers. We are all adults and can serve ourselves.

I don't want to spend a fortune on food, but I also don't want to serve crap at my wedding.

Any ideas??

Carrabbas caters. As does, TooJays. I'm sure alot of restaurants will do this. Most will actually have their "catering" menu online to view so that you can get an idea of pricing. I considered doing this, and TooJays is VERY affordable and their food is so good.

We are using Joseph's Itailian market. They provde servers for like $20/hr. They set eveything up and will clean everything up. Catering costs between $13.95-$18.95 per person.

If you're looking for ethnic food, La Granja does this. Scrubbys BBQ if you're looking for casual has a great catering option and I love thier BBQ. I also 2nd TOOjays

Los Ranchos caters, or if you're looking more low key Chicken Kitchen and places like Casavana do as well. In Homestead and South Miami there are a lot of Mom and Pop places that are willing to cater and set up. It just depends on the cuisine you're looking for. There's everything from Southern Soul Food to Mexican or South American.
