I need a mini hole puncher. the one I have is too large and I need a smaller sized circle to be punched...

I have my favor tags and they are a lil larger than a biz card so a big circle just wont work - any ideas?

Below is where it needs to be punched - I need a tiny mini hole puncher - I went to all the office-type stores - nada!
