At the bottom of each post a person makes, there is a little magnifying glass. Well, if you click on it, it takes you to every post that person has posted/commented on, so if you click on your own magnifying glass, you can see all your own posts.
As far as I can tell, it's always bold, so you can't really tell if other people have posted after you, but at least now we can have an easier time finding specific posts we've made.
