Presidents day weekend/boat showMiami

Do you think the boat show is reason enough to pick a different February date for a wedding in Miami? Likely having a Sunday wedding. Would like to have the long weekend so people aren't too inconvenienced, but will flights and hotels be off the chart expensive?

    It all depends on where in Miami you want to get married. If it is on Miami Beach most of the hotels have blackout dates for hotel room availability over that weekend. I live on the beach and it gets really busy that weekend and lots of traffic. Also make sure you do not book your wedding during the South Beach Food & Wine Festival weekend also in February...

    Also, make sure you do not book anything in Miami Beach over memorial day weekend. It's urban hip hop weekend and they block off a lot of streets and locals do not go anywhere near Ocean Drive during that weekend.
