    I did not have a reception there, but when I was looking at venues, a friend of mine who works for the health department told me to "ask to see their kitchen" before agreeing. I don't know any more than that, so take it for what it is worth.

    I went in there. It's really old looking.  I personally didn't care for it.

    I did not attend a reception at Country Lakes, but I did set up a wedding cake from an outside bakery.  I agree with previous posters about cleanliness issues.

    Terrible terrible terrible not a good idea I regret having my wedding there way to over priced and the service was not any better!
