NWR - Vibes needed

OK ladies - here we go again - after two years trying to buy a house DH and I are finally in the home stretch of actually buying a house.  We are supposed to close next monday a week from today.  There really isnt anything that can ruin the deal now but you never know.... we got almost this close twice before but never to this point.....and I now know that Murphys law follows me around!!!!

Please send you vibes our way so that we can finally put all this behind us, I can once again become sane, we will finally have AC (been out for two weeks), our roof will no longer leak and I can finally stop living out of boxes!!!! Thanks guys

    Sending you vibes.  I'm in the brickell office today so they should get to you fast!  We bought our house about a year and a half ago so I totally understand the stress.  Hope everything works out for you!

    Big amounts of vibes going your way. BTW, do not get discouraged or stressed if the closing gets moved or something gets delayed.

    I've gone through the house buying process a few times and no closing has ever happened on the first try. My current house, they rescheduled us 3 times. 2 of which I was dressed, off work early and almost out the door with money order in hand. I'm hoping you get yours without a hitch on the first try, but stress out if it doesn't.

    Too late Rosemary - this closing has been delayed a bunch of times since the original date - but we paid our flood insurance policy this morning and that was the last condition - we should have clear to close by tomorrow and the closing date is set right now.....

    I didnt care so much when we closed as long as we DID close - but right now my roof is leaking, I have no AC and I otherwise want to burn down the place where I live (which is also for sale and we are supposed to be out of already) so I dont know if I can survive another delay.... lol..... I need a house already....
