Is a family member making something for your wedding?

Yes my nana is making my Jumping Broom. Its an African American ceremony tradition. To leave the past behind and jump into a new future together.

My godmother is making us a quilt for our bed. It's going to include some of my father's old ties, in remberence.

My aunt made the top part/material portion of our chuppah, personalized with pictures, our significant dates, likes and interests

My MOH is making my garter! Does that count. lol

My grandmother or mom will be making the "ribbon" for the bouquet out of some old t-shirts that belonged to my dad, in remembrance.

No one is making us anything as of yet. But that could change My FMIL is very crafty and so is my grandmother on my moms side!

I have a suspicion that my mom is going to make me a cross stiched piece.  She made my sister a beautiful breakfast tray with a cross-stitched piece before her wedding.
