are you meeting with your band members before the wedding to go over songs etc? or just doing it all via email?

I just had a mini freak out about music and realized I have a shyyyt ton to do in this area - ahhhhhh!!!!!!

we are going to meet with the lead singer a few weeks before hand

I'm pretty sure we'll meet with the band and through email. When I met them after we first booked, the lead singer says she works very closely with the brides. I'd prefer to meet them in person.

I am doing it all over email....

The main guy lives in Jupiter, the wedding is in Boca, and I live in Aventura... it just isnt worth the driving when it can all be done via email and phone

We actually have a meeting with the band next week. This is our second meeting. This one is to go over all the songs we want etc.

I met with the band the week of the wedding and talked to them about the music I wanted them to play.  I also gave them a playlist with the artists and songs I like.
