Custom dress maker

Hi Ladies,

Could any of you perhaps recommend a custom dress maker? The dress I want I can not find so I want it to be made.

Any help would be great

    A Bride's Design in Avon!  She designs all of her gowns and makes custom ones. She has an adorable shop in her house.  And she's by appointment only.  I got my dress there.  Check it ou!
