I've been scouring ebay for three days looking for things for the wedding (and other fun things). I found the cake serving set that I have wanted for over a year for $20-$25 less than everywhere else. Chris is also set on having this one. He says that no other one lives up to it (too cute). I am so glad to see it in such detail also, because the pictures I've seen of it didn't do it much justice. It's nothing too special, but I have always loved the embossed detail on the server. We haven't bought it yet because we are waiting for a vender from a local antique shop to bring some vintage sets into the shop for us to look at. If we don't like what he has, this is the one we're getting.
brit remnded me of this...Today I made an offer for a bustier that I've been looking at for some time now. It's nothing super special and it's probably of so-so quality, but I have always wanted to get something from this seller to see if I like their products (can you say honeymoon?) If I like it I am going to order one or two more. I'm starting to make jewelry again so I thought it would be nice for modeling our jewelry for photo shoots. It's just a costume piece so I shouldn't be too disappointed if it's not perfect. We'll see how it goes...
