I ordered my bridal gown through Ibex bridal, I paid a $200.00 deposit. I called them and cancelled my order today because I am not getting married anymore. I understand that I would lose my deposit. They said that is inpossible to cancel and they will send me to collections if I don't pay. Wow, I'm shocked. Has anyone cancelled a dress before? Did you have any problems? Thanks
