I know one of you wanted those magazines. XXquemirasXX, you have my cellphone number--I'll be running around tomorrow because my future inlaws arrived today. I will be getting my centerpiece holders from them tomorrow and picking up my dress.
I finished the layout of our programs yesterday around 11 pm, so one more final approval from the organist before I drop it off to be duplicated and printed.
After printing out our menus took a full 12 hours on my hp printer in highest quality, I decided I don't have time to print them out at home.
We applied for our marriage license.
I just finished my final guest count. 97 Adults, 7 children, 3 babies.
I am blowing it upto 100 for leeway and because that was the agreed upon minimum. We had some guests decide that they weren't going to make it at the last minute so it has kept our final payment right in the ballpark of where we anticipated we'd be.
I send our payment to or DJ also yesterday--as of now I am waiting for word as to whether or not we will need a generator for our uplighting. Apparently the Odyssey is one of those venues that is lazy about maintaining their building's wiring upto code. If it turns out that the room can't handle the uplighting, then I will have to pay an additional $120 for a generator.
FI is flying in on Saturday. I can't wait to see him again. We are having a shower/get-together at my house this Sunday.
The first order of flowers is arriving on Monday. Next two orders both arrive on Wednesday. With any luck I should have the bulk of the flowers done by Thursday evening and just have our personal flowers to do the night before(not that hard really).
I'm not sure if I will be able to finish every single project, but I'll try my darnest. I feel more like a soldier than a bride. I'll see you on the otherside, ladies.
I want to thank you all for the support you have given me and for the information you have shared. For the advice, the laughs and the sympathy.
You're all the best!
