Ceremony and Reception Venue Help

We are looking for an inexpensive (less than $10,000) place to have both our ceremony and reception for about 100 guests.  We are fine with a cocktail and appetizer reception.  Even only beer and wine.  We would like to stay in the LA area.  Any suggestions?? Thanks so much.  I'm about to elope this is so frustrating.

I'm not completely sure of the price but I think Pickwick Gardens (<-- clicky) might be in that price range.

Check out the Culver Events Center.  You can do ceremony, reception, the whole shebang, and it's a cute little venue!  The website is old and not very attractive, but the venue itself is well taken care of.  http://www.culverevents.com/

We got married at Temescal Gateway Park in Pacific Palisades.  It was about 3500 for 100 guests but you bring in your own everything on top of that.

I just read that you got married in Pacific Palisades, and you had a good venue. BTW the picture of you both is great, congratulations. I'm getting married at a friend/clients house in the Palisades and have done nothing! Any suggestions on rentals/ food?

Thank you so much!  We used Picotte Photography.  Suthi (the lead photographer) is AMAZING.  

As far as rentals, we went with A Packaged Parties and catering we used Justine's Private Cuisine.  For our dessert table we used Fantasy Frosting.  Everything was great.  Let me know if you have any more questions!

I am also getting married at Orcutt Ranch - it's a great deal compared to a lot of neighboring vendors, however know that the deal you get up front you will likely pay back in rentals (the venue is a "bring everything" kind of venue, from the tables and chairs to the soundsystem.)
