Shuttle Transportation for guests

Does any one have any recommendations on a shuttle bus to transport our guests from the hotel to the wedding ( about 20  minute drive ) In Strongsville/Brunswick Ohio.  I would need to transport about 25-30 guests I would think. The hotel only offers a bus to take 10 at a time and with the traffic from a surrounding festivel that weekend that is just not fessible.

Most of the companys Ive contacted require reserving the shuttle for the entire time of the reception, from pick up to drop off after the wedding back to the hotel. This is absurd! Please help!!

Most companies require a four hour minimum.  Some might only require two, but they would have to block off the entire reception for you, so I can see why they would want to charge you for that. 

There is a place called Red Sparrow, they do a lot of corporate transportation.  Maybe you can book a fleet of town cars for a one way ride, I know they do that.  http://redsparrowlimo.com/
Maybe you can book the one way ride and let people take the hotel shuttle back.

Based on my experience, just let people use the hotel shuttle.  You don't know when people are going to want to go and come back.  You are probably looking at more of a hassle trying to book transportation for a few specific times.
