Time to vent ladies.... So we decided to have our DOC do our invites.... GREAT, WONDERFUL!!! So she showed us our invites 2wks ago , we made some changes and 2days ago she showed us the 2nd draft with the changes we wanted, but now I feel like we eff upped and should of left it like the original way. I printed both invites all I do is stare at them hoping something magical will happen. All I do is think of these invites! AHHHH!!!! I'm so confused, aggravated by the damn invites! Sorry ladies had to let that one out!

    Dang.  That sucks.  I've learned to always go with my first instinct, because I almost always regret going with something different.Christina made our save the dates.  I won a contest she was having on her blog, and they came out amazing.  Here's my WTF- I've been waiting for a call from Carnival regarding our wedding, to go over all of our final plans.  Well, the FI decides it's a telemarketer, and hangs up on her!  I tried calling back, but she was busy and I didn't get a chance to talk to her.  Hopefully today I will get in touch with her.   Really?!?

    Holstang, that's such a man thing to do! In a few weeks, it will be super funny though! :) WTF, why am I getting sick?! Everyone in my department is getting the flu and I thought I'd avoided it but this morning I woke up with a stuffy nose and a really sore throat, agh!

    Why won't vendors (and venues) call or email me back. Do you WANT me to spend thousands of dollars with you? No? Okay, then.I guess in the long run it makes it easier, because I know off the bat who's going to be the best to work with and get a hold of. And it's pretty much narrowed our reception sites down to 2-3 at the moment!

    xxquemirasxx - I know how you feel about the invitations. I have to admit that what has killed me during this whole wedding planning process is the the million of decisions that have to be made.  There are so many things that I've stayed awake at night thinking about regarding decisions that have to be made (mainly small ones, too!). Holstang: My FI would totally do the same thing with Carnival!  My WTf is this: in mid August I placed my first Alchemy order with someone for a wedding card box. I gave her six weeks to do it. The box was supposed to be delivered to me last Wed.  Nothing showed up and the seller has not responded to my many emails. Of course, I had to pay her right away.  When I looked at her store, she now how something posted about hitting hard times and thanks to those who understand.  WTF??? She stole my money and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me she couldn't come make my producd so that I would have time to find someone else.   I've filed a complaint with PayPal, but they won't do anything about it if the purchase was over 45 days, which mine barely was because of the six week turnaround time for the product.  I also filed a complaint with Etsy, but they don't seem to be doing anything either. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest - I feel much better!

    xxquemirasxx- Sorry to hear that, maybe you should change it back, I thought they looked perfect the first time. IF that's going to make you happy you should do the change. Did Fi liked the second one better?AS for me, well...I keep trying to think of a WTF but I can't...wait I just remembered that fi still has not done the changes to our invites!!! uuuugh!! I just want to get over that already! WTF!?!! Why doesnt he just do it and get it over with?!

    mrsinoct- that really sucks!!! OMG! I can't believe that happen! I hope it wasn't too much $. what a B.... you know!vans-*sigh* FI thinks the original was better. I think we are going to go back the original. We haven't said anything to her, we are kind of taking some time and just letting it all sink in and making sure that's what we want. Just so frustrating... how are yours going??? have you told her what you thought of yours?

    i have a honeymoon wtf this week. we put our deposit down with DVC for kauai like 2-3 months ago. they said they would send us a letter once we were booked because of some waiting list. we were assured that we would get in :s. still no reservation, i'm starting to worry...

    I hemmed and hawed over my invites way too much. Take it from me - just get those puppies out. As long as they have the right info they are as good as gold. mrsinoct - can you file with your credit card company? I believe they give 3 months or so...
