For my engagement ring, my fiance had given me a ring from my great grandmother. Since the ring was unique I was having a hard time finding a wedding band that looked half way decent. I took my ring to Henry B. Ball for an estimate on a custom made wedding band. I took my ring there on a Thursday (Dec. 30, 2010) and was told it would be ready in a week. When I called back the next week, they were not ready. I then had my FI call back the next week and they were still not ready. They called him back later that day to give him an estimate. When he asked when he could pick it up, they were not sure. He called back today (Saturday) and they stated it would be ready for pick up on Wed. (Jan 20). When I called that owner was making excuse after excuse!! I would suggest if you are looking for a jewler for anything in the Akron area DO NOT USE THEM!!
