Florist and Photog Recs

Hello, again! I'm still doing research for my friend. She has enlisted me to help her find a florist and photographer. Do you ladies have any recs for florists and/or photographers that would be available on short notice? The wedding is in one month.

Thanks so much!!

ETA: The ceremony and reception are at the Westlake Village Inn in Westlake.

Try Terrence Bishop.  www.terrencebishop.com He's our photographer and I've known him for about 15 years.  Excellent photog and just an all around great person.

If my photog is available, he's great because he's with you all day - no hourly fee.  If he's not available and you are working with a budget, I also know a guy that takes really great, creative shots but he's new to the game.  We're gonna have him do supplemental pics at our wedding (he's a friend and guest who happens to have a killer camera).

Kristin at The Treasured Petal is an amazing, amazing florist. Extremely talented and incredible to work with! I highly recommend her.

I second Jordana at Hazelnut Photography. Unfortunately, I did not know about her in time for our wedding but I do have personal experience with her as I used her for my boudoir photos. She's crazy talented and provides outstanding customer service, which is incredibly important in a wedding photographer. I wish we had been able to use her.

I am on here researching too... for my sister!  I am a wedding photographer for a living, but I need to find a florist and a photographer for my sister who's in her budget.  None of my wedding photographer friends are in my sister's budget.

I tried to get my sister to raise her photo budget, but food is higher on her priority list.  I totally understand.  I am working with a few friends on deals, but nothing is coming out low enough.

What is your friend's photo budget?  I am available for March (some weekends).  I have 2 bookings right now.  www.ariellehazephotography.com

If any of you know any amazing photographers who will shoot in Temecula for $1000 (shoot and burn RAW (cr2)), please let me know!  I will do all the editing myself and do the album design myself (for my sister)!  :)

I'm also looking for a good photographer, but we're definitely working with a budget. We're hoping to spend around $1200 or so, even if that means not doing albums right now. Can anyone recommend a good photographer in that price range?

    Thanks!

If I'm available I would love to help out.  My name is Sherri Johnson and I am a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Santa Monica.  I believe success in photography is not just about taking good photographs, it's about positive connections with people.  As a wedding and lifestyle photographer, my goal is to capture strong emotional connections with precise timing, and unique compositions. Each final image is processed to be perfect for vibrant color. If the image is black and white, the emotion captured is powerful enough to translate without color on its own. I feel so blessed to be able to do what I love, and I guarantee you'll love what you get.

For flowers I recommend City of Commerce Flowers

For the photographer you have to check out our photog Nataly Lemus. She is very affordable and her work is beautiful! I did both my esession and wedding with them and loved every picture.

Don't know if it's too late, but my boyfriend David Zentz is a photographer and I know he has some dates in March open. www.dzpvisuals.com
He's also pretty cool with negotiating packages. Nothings set in stone.
